re·un·ion: the act or process of being brought together again as a unified whole.
This month, we are moving our workshop offering from 1015 to 1145 so that those of you who are just beginning a yoga practice can attend the beginner slow-flow as well as a workshop!
In this week’s workshop spot from 1145 to 1245 we are introducing meditation! Join Oluwa Adams for an engaging hour long practice. Oluwa will share with our students “foundational meditation practices, beautiful tools to help us deepen into presence…meditation doesn’t need to end when the chime rings and you get off your cushion. It can carry on throughout the day. It can be with you as you eat an orange, as you walk to work, as you brush your hair. Every moment can be a state of absorption. “
