(re)UNION - Sundays at the Impact Hub!

re·un·ion: the act or process of being brought together again as a unified whole.

We have changed things up a bit for February! We will now begin Sunday morning an hour later, at 10am, and offer THREE classes in the main space: a beginner/slow-flow class, an intermediate/faster flow class and a “Guests Choice” class.

We are also adding something NEW…workshops! The workshops will be in the smaller space, next to the main room, and the class times will be staggered, to enable you to take the maximum combination of classes.

These workshops will offer students the opportunity to dive deeper into all of the skills, subjects, and techniques offered in our classes. We will also be expanding our wellness offerings to include: meditation, pranayama (breathing), chakra healing and essential oil classes. If there is something you would like to see in a workshop, please send us an e-mail at info@blacktoyoga.

We kicked off our workshop offerings with a 3-Part Workshop Series called “Yoga 101 - Everything You Wanted to Know about Yoga but were Afraid to Ask.” The final workshop in the series will be an exploration of the notorious “Vinyasa Flow Cycle Through…” You know, the part in class where the teacher says “Cycle through” and many of the student look around the room to see what “everybody else is doing.” We will break this sequence down, and also offer the many different ways that this sequence can be modified.

Purchase a day pass for just $25, and take both the workshop AND a yoga class! Our guest this week is Chris, a bay area native who has been living the (yoga) life in Bali! Chris is back in the U.S. for a while and we are blessed to to having him stopping by (re)UNION to offer our community his own creative take on vinyasa flow.
